    The Cast Iron Sauteuse is ideal for sautéing vegetables or frying meats. Cast iron enhances the cooking process by evenly distributing heat and sealing the outside of food quickly; locking in the maximum amount of moisture, nutrients and flavour. The Sauteuse is very durable and easy to clean, the satin black enamel interior has been especially designed to protect the pan (no seasoning is required). While it comes with a stylish, traditional wooden handle, its convenient side helper handle makes it easy to lift and adds control when moving between hob and table. Due to its wooden handle, this product is not suitable for oven use. Two colours to choose from. 28cm diameter
